I just got my flats in and it came extremely fast! I still need a jig but the quality looks good, I haven't heard any complaints from people. Also it came coated looks like a primer or something so that's good.Thank you HKPARTS!

It came double bubble wrapped in inside of a cardboard box. It was taped up so well even though the box got a little beat in the trip but it still held together, and I didn't lose the little weldment parts.

Nice finish and pretty good stamping, however, the magazine catch, and release holes are not punched but on one side. Others have the flats with both holes located. Not a big deal, but, just a seeming lack of attention to detail, and requirement for another "special jig". Such are no problem for me, as I build jigs and fixtures. For most who have little experience in the area, and haven't the proper machine tools, it is a bit of a problem. Probably make a good housing for the 10/22 rifle to be installed inside the thing. My biggest problem with this company is that shipping is charged for each item, even though all the items fit in a single flat rate box. Sort of a cheap method to increase income from sales. Not a good way to do business.

I ordered 2 (1 came in with a mild bit of surface rust, nothing that couldn't be wiped off with a dry rag) delivery was fast and the service was great. Try to build one of these instead of the 80% AR builds and you will get a better product, 10rds less in the mags but .308 vs .233 well you don't have to be a gynecologists' to figure out which is better.

Makes a nice finished receiver. These do still require a good bit of fitting, but it?s by far the best option.
