HK Parts magazine extension +7 adds 7 additional rounds to the HK45C, 8 round magazine. Each unit can then be fully assembled into a 15 round HK45C magazine. Ideal for competitive shooters, concealed carry, or for everyday use while at the range.

Super easy to install simply add the mag extension to your existing mag body and follower. An easy 2-minute swap. No gunsmithing needed.

HKP highly recommends using a magazine loader when loading ammunition into our extended magazines due to increased spring tension versus factory.

Compatible With:

• HK HK45C (8 round magazine)
• HK USPC .45 (8 round magazine)
• Does NOT fit the full size HK45
• Will NOT fit or work with the 10 round HK45C
