The Blitzkrieg Components Gen 2 HK Style Front Sight is a revolutionary approach to this iconic sighting system. This model with a conventional flat-tipped post and the eye-catching boldness of a circle dot tritium with a colored stripe below it is fast and easy to see.  The combination of a big tritium dot and a bright orange painted stripe is easy to pick up in any lighting condition. Installation has been completely re-engineered for our Gen 2 HK sight models to eliminate problems like sliding a nicely finished sight through a tight slot or hammering a roll pin through a new sight putting stress on it.  Now the roll pin is installed first, then the new sight is installed easily and securely by hand.  The roll pin is used as an anti-rotation device.  This new design also allows a new level of flexibility.  Once the initial installation is complete, the shooter has the option of changing reticles by hand in less than a minute.
