    Everything you need.

Took about an hour to assemble. Highly recommend a slave pin to assist with the mag release install. I used an AR-15 trigger kit slave pin I had sitting around and that helped tremendously. Still in break in, but weapon functions properly. A few failures to feed, but I suspect it's a combination of breaking in and low magazine spring tension.

Simple enough to install. The hardest thing is the barrel (requires special tools, torque wrench, and vice) and the magazine catch (major pain to install). Besides that, no complaints!
