Magazine Extension - +5 - HK USP45 & Mark 23

Super easy to install, simply add the mag extension to your existing mag body and follower. An easy 2 min swap. No gunsmithing needed.

Made in the USA out of aircraft grade hard coat anodized aluminum & steel hardware. Ultra low profile, & rock solid. With the addition of the +5 mag extension, the round count in the magazine will increase from a 12 round magazine to a full 17 rounds. Ideal for competitive shooters, concealed carry, or for everyday use while at the range.

HKP highly recommends using a magazine loader when loading ammunition into our extended magazines due to increased spring tension versus factory.

• HK USP 45
• HK USP 45 Tactical
• HK USP 45 Expert
• HK USP 45 Elite
• Mark 23
• Does not fit the HK45 or HK45 Tactical (although we do offer a +3 for the HK45 model)
• Will not fit or work with the 10 round USP45 magazines
