Super easy to install, simply add the mag extension to your existing mag body and follower. An easy 2 minute swap, no gunsmithing needed.

Made in the USA out of aircraft grade hard coat anodized aluminum & steel hardware. Ultra low profile and rock solid. With the addition of the +5 mag extension, the round capacity increases from 12 rounds to a solid 17 rounds. Ideal for competitive shooters, concealed carry, or for everyday use at the range.

HKP highly recommends using a magazine loader when loading ammunition into our extended magazines due to increased spring tension versus factory.

• HK USP 45 (12 Round)
• HK USP 45 Tactical (12 Round)
• HK USP 45 Expert (12 Round)
• HK USP 45 Elite (12 Round)
• Mark 23 (12 Round)
• Does not fit the HK45 or HK45 Tactical (although we do offer a +3 for the HK45 model)
• Will not fit or work with the 10 round USP45 magazines
