Love the gun. More fun than a barrel of monkeys although a barrel of monkeys would certainly be cheaper than buying a spare mag from the H&K. I'm sure the difficulty in finding a spare is purely by design ... why else would a 9mm mag go for half the price of the 22LR on this H&K site. By the way, the 9mm mags are available just about anywhere at a dime a dozen. Also, H&K is the only firearm I bought that came with only one mag. Based on the surplus availability, I'm surprised that they included one mag with the purchase. H&K has a loyal fan base as their products are superior bar none, so why the raping and pillaging? Yes it fits as expected. Yes it's top notch quality .. but here's the kicker ... it's only a magazine. $60 for a 25 round mag is ludicrous.

I heard this magazine was going out of production, good thing I found HK Parts. Now they are my go-to place for all my HK stuff.

I have wanted an MP5 for a long time, I stumbled across an available .22 version and bought it a few weeks ago. To my Suprise it only came with one magazine. I am happy to say HK parts had the magazine in stock, and I am happy with how easy to load the magazines are. I plan to purchase 2 more in the near future. Very reliable.
