HK45 & HK45 Tactical +3 magazine extension adds three additional rounds to the 10 round factory HK45, HK45 Tactical magazine. Made in the USA out of aircraft grade hard coated in HK red aluminum with steel hardware. Ultra low profile, & rock solid. Ideal for competitive shooters! Each unit comes hard coat anodized in HK red.
HKP highly recommends using a magazine loader when loading ammunition into our extended magazines due to increased spring tension versus factory.
Compatible With:
- HK45, HK45 tactical 10 Round Magazine
- Will not fit the USP 45 models (we do offer a +5 for the USP 45 below)

Fairly easy to install. All four of my HK 45 magazines could already squeeze in 11, but with this the 11th, 12th, 13th rounds fit without force. 13+1. Unfortunately I waited for 6 months for the normal black one to be manufactured/available, but instead I had to settle for this bling. It's pretty, and I'm sure I'll get a lot of attention with it.
