Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of HK Parts, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins Friday, November 29th, 2025 at 12:00 AM (MT) and ends Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 at 11:59 PM (MT) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter

You may enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

A. Free Entry / No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, you must:

  1. Create a free HKP website account, and
  2. Sign up for the HKP Newsletter (also free).

These steps can be completed through the promotional entry form on hkparts.net/christmas-mp5sd-giveaway/.

B. Bonus Entries via Purchase (Optional)
Participants may receive one (1) additional entry for every $100 spent on hkparts.net during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • Purchases are not required to enter.
  • Bonus entries are calculated based on the order subtotal before tax and shipping.
  • Only purchases completed while the customer is logged into their HKP account will qualify for bonus entries.
  • Guest checkout orders do not earn entries.
  • Bonus entries are automatically assigned to the HKP account used at checkout.

Each participant may earn unlimited bonus entries but may only submit one (1) free entry.

Prize

Grand Prize (1 Winner):
HK MP5SD Pistol Build Parts Kit
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): to be determined at time of award based on final kit configuration.

Runner-Up Prizes (10 Winners):
Each runner-up will receive a 10% off sitewide discount code for hkparts.net (excludes shipping costs). Code valid for one-time use only.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by HK Parts within 7 days of the Sweepstakes closing.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including free entries and bonus purchase entries. Because that number is unknown until the end of the Sweepstakes, exact odds cannot be calculated.

Winner Notification & Claiming Prize

Winners will be notified via the email associated with their HKP account or the email submitted through the entry form.

The selected Grand Prize winner has 30 days from the date of notification to claim their prize.
