Please Note: Like many new magazines, these have a stiff spring from the factory. It may not be possible to load them full at first. Try loading half of the listed capacity and leaving it loaded overnight before the first use. Doing this should ease future loadings. A break-in period is needed sometimes with KCI magazines.
