Made of 4140 ordnance grade steel, heat treated, and finished in the Melonite finish to add the best corrosion and abrasion resistance possible.

Also, we have added several upgrades to the design of a factory HK German .40 S&W O-ring to each flash hider to aid in "timing" the flash hider once installed (to your desired position) and to help aid an enhanced fit for each barrel.
