HKP MP5 9mm Muzzle Brake - 3 Lug

Very satisfied. Easy to get on & easy to take off. Yes, it's a little loose w/ slight wobble. Carbon build up will tighten it up over time. Reference the HK Parts Youtube video. Called customer service & they told me the same thing. Customer Service is Great, BTW. Why should you use this? After all it's a .9mm PCC. Because there's a significant difference in recoil that not only puts you back on target quicker but makes faster follow up shots easier. Glad I made this purchase.

It works. It's a bit loose as many people say on the internet, but it doesn't impact the functionality. There's noticeable decrease on muzzle rise after installing this comp. Definitely put me on follow up shots much quicker. The downside is that I feel I'm bathing in the blowback gas. Not a very fun experience. I sincerely hope HK can make something like a BMD which is very popular nowadays to mitigate the cons. Overall it's a still a good add-on to my toy. I'm happy with what I got.

Product overall fit/finish is 5 stars. Bought this for my B&T Apc9 Pro since the description says if should work for "9mm clones w/3-log barrels". The Apc9 is no HK clone, but has the 9mm 3-lug barrel. Unfortunately this break doesn't fit right... giving wobble and fore/aft play when installed. Apparently the B&T barrel has a bit different overall OD and 3-lug placement vs the HK. Either way I now have an expensive paperweight... or need to buy and MP5 ;) Not HK Parts fault and I'd buy from then again... just know for any future/possible buyers.

Was concerned about fitting my PTR based upon statement in item description - however, it fits perfectly with no additional tools or adjustments needed. Great item.

Had to persuade muzzle device to rotate on, but once done was easy to install and remove. Also DO NOT remove the pin that has the spring behind it. Real pain to get back together. I always say ?I do it right because I do it twice. Nice quality and does the job.
