    I bought the other HK Parts micro comp that fits this strange 16x1 LH thread pitch, the one with the multitude of holes alternating around the muzzle rather than the three large vents this one has. I had to tighten it pretty hard to get the three vents aligned properly but this works well for the intended purpose of being a compensator that's not much larger than a thread protector.

    I remember when these micro comp were released for the 9mm. I think I left a message on HK's HKforum thread since an HK rep handles that, hoping emphatically that these will be made for the HK45 and it happened! It looks great, haven't shot it yet but that will be forthcoming!
