HKP HK VP9/VP9SK, HK VP40 Windowed Slide Plate - Black

Easily removed and installed as the alloy end plate gives me a feeling of safety. The plastic one did it?s job however building confidence in my weapon is essential. Thanks HKP.

This is a great upgrade/replacement for your HK VP40. If you take down your gun after each use, like I do, then I recommend you replace it with one of these. I opted for the Black windowed version to keep the original look and feel of the firearm. Replacement takes less than 2 mins start to finish and only requires your hands and a small metal screwdriver. I recommend upgrading the firing pin sleeve at the same time since you are in the same workspace when you replace this. Again, just make sure you take thew time to clean and inspect all parts before putting them back in to ensure smooth easy action of the firearm. Highly recommend this part.

Looks nice now that it?s not plastic. I like the smaller window for less dust getting in. Wanted to keep the window as I liked the way it looked. Very easy to change.
