HK Parts magazine extension +4 adds 4 additional rounds to the HK45C, 8 round magazine. Each unit is then fully assembled as a 12 round HK45C magazine. Ideal for competitive shooters, concealed carry, or for everyday use while at the range.

Super easy to install simply add the mag extension to your existing mag body and follower. An easy 2-minute swap. No gunsmithing needed.

HKP highly recommends using a magazine loader when loading ammunition into our extended magazines due to increased spring tension versus factory.
