It's exactly what I wanted it to be: a perfect drop in module for my G36 clone. No need to remove the original paddle. Just pull the G36 magwell pin, remove the magwell, replace with this, and reinstall the pin. The adapter, when installed, simply depresses the G36 paddle. On my rather factory configuration, this is perfect. Rifles with the extended mag release/paddle will be left with the arms that straddle the trigger guard sticking downwards.
