The AC Unity cheek riser is absolutely wonderful. Being able to have a cheek rest instead of a chin rest makes it so much more conformable shooting H&Ks with mounted optics, especially when using one of those vintage claw mounts. Obviously, it makes it virtually impossible to use the iron, but the cheek piece can be easily and quickly removed. The installation straight forward as advertised. You just need to trim off the inside tabs that don't align with your stock's pin retaining holes. This item is solid!

While zeroing my scope I realize my cheek wasn't making any contact with the stock and this is fine ...

While zeroing my scope I realize my cheek wasn't making any contact with the stock and this is fine when just aiming the gun but with a recoil from a .308 I would imagine a cheek riser would make for a more stabilize shooting with a PTR 91.

Just got mine today, slips right on my ptr 91. Has added bumpers for adjustment on the stock. This addition gives you a much better cheek weld ( no stretching your neck up) and centers your eye just right for shooting with a scope. Also has small storage compartment built in.
