HKP HK 416 Pistol Brace Adapter/AR .22LR Stock Adapter

I dropped my 416 cased and of course the stock rotated on this adapter. So I got a 10-32X1 hex head machine screw which will thread all the way through the threaded insert at the back of the lower. Used two #8 flat washers ( one under the hex head in the adapter and the other on the end of the machine screw that threaded through. and capped with a 10-32 hex nut with nylon thread lock. I can now use a 5/16 socket to put solid torque on the screw head inside the adapter then lock that down further with the 10-32 hex bolt with nylon stop inside the lower. That second washer increase the surface area for the threaded insert. Not only is it rotational torque proof but now it is highly resistant to any kind of side to side or up and down torque placed on the adapter by the stock. No more nightmare scenarios of the 7/64 hex bit stripping out just a great fix.
