Giving this 4 stars because it is a good, solid replacement for the factory charging handle. Description says it fits mp5's and clones, but that was not the case with my MAC5. I disassembled the gun, removed the stock charging handle, and installed this replacement. We were good up to this point; the area with the two flat spots on the stem that rides in the channel, was 0.8mm too wide, so you would drop the handle, but it would not move forward to allow the gun to go into battery. I was not getting a whole lot of help from customer service regarding this. I emailed them stating the issue; the next day they asked for photos; I sent them an email with a photo, another email later with better photos of the problem, and a 3rd email with the specs and measurements using some calipers. This was all across about a 36 hour period and never heard back from them. When I finally called them, I was told that my gun was manufactured incorrectly: no big deal, I'm not going to modify my gun to fit a part. Called MAC and they said they've never heard of this issue, so I sent them all the same photos and specs. I ended up putting the handle in a vice and carefully filed down the two sides, taking 0.44mm off each side. It worked fine and would now go into battery. THIS ITEM WILL NOT WORK WITH THE UTG LEAPERS PRO HANDGUARD WITH EXTENDED RAIL. The knurled part of the knob where the stem ends, hits the handguard, and again does not let the gun go into battery. All those emails, and time wasted modifying a part, just to have to consider it a loss after installing other parts. They need this noted in the description, the compatibility with other parts. Again, 4 stars because the party feels solid, but I would give it 1 star for compatibility with the MAC5.

Someone diificult to install, requires medium-high gunsmithing and some elbow grease but isn?t too difficult to install, definitely an improvement over a stock charging handle on my PTR 9Ct. More leverage, higher quality, and more room for your fingers. Highly recommend

Not only does this handle look good; it is metal no plastic junk, to me it makes cocking easier and actually have nothing negative at all to say about it. Kinda wish y'all had one for the UMP but who knows what the future holds.

Not oversized by any means. Shape and texture make it very easy to use and gives a little extra performance vs stock in my opinion.
