To help prevent fraud, all orders must include accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. HK Parts verifies these details on all orders; if additional verification is required, you may be contacted before an order is processed. Orders with unverifiable or inaccurate information may be delayed or canceled at our discretion. HK Parts is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate checkout information.

Price Matching

• HK Parts will retroactively honor sales pricing if the item was purchased within 7 days prior to the item being discounted on our site.
• HK Parts will match a competitor's published pricing when possible, determined case-by-case. Exceptions include products advertised below MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) or below our minimum profit margin threshold.

Coupons

HK Parts does not offer coupons. Any coupon codes found online are not affiliated with HK Parts. To purchase at a discount, create an account and sign up for the Rewards Program, or join the mailing list.

As-Is Items

"As-Is Items" refers to any product identified as used, surplus, pre-owned, blemished, clearance, or discontinued. These are clearly marked and sold as-is — all sales final, not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty. Some as-is items are one-time listings that will not be restocked once sold.

Magazines & Regulated Items

HK Parts complies with all federal, state, and local restrictions. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in their state and locality before purchasing — some cities and counties impose stricter restrictions than their state. Large-capacity magazines and other restricted parts will not ship to prohibited locations. See the full state & legal restrictions page for current limits by state.

Law Enforcement / Qualified Military

Exceptions to geographic restrictions may be available with proper law enforcement identification. Call or email to inquire about discounts for large-quantity orders.

Exportation Restrictions

Commodities, products, technologies, and services sold by HK Parts are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations enforced by the Department of State, Department of Commerce, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of the Treasury. It is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell, any commodity, product, technical data, or service outside the United States or to any foreign party without first obtaining the required license or approval. U.S. law further prohibits sale, transfer, or export to embargoed or sanctioned countries, or to persons or entities on the Department of State's Debarred Parties List, the Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List, or the Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.

Having lawfully received commodities from HK Parts, the buyer and any person/entity listed as "Ship To" (1) assumes responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and administrative policies, and (2) certifies that it will do so. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Violations may result in criminal penalties; HK Parts cooperates with law enforcement investigations into the export or transfer of items originally purchased from HK Parts.

10DLC Compliance & Privacy

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including a phone number submitted to receive 10DLC text messages, and use it to provide requested services, send messages you've requested, and comply with legal obligations. Privacy policies and terms are displayed next to phone number entry fields. End-user information is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or analytics. Opt-in and opt-out occur via the 10DLC number (not short code); text STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
