Description

Heinie Sights SlantPro Tactical fits all of the HK VP9, VP9SK, VP40, HK45, 45C, P30/P30L pistols. It provides a raised sight for use with suppressors. These sights are night sights that utilize the raised tactical height Heinie SlantPro Straight Eight Design.

The SlantPro Straight Eight Design is one tritium dot in the front and a slightly smaller tritium dot in the rear. These tritium dots glow in the dark and are aligned vertically creating an elongated eight. This raised sight option allows the use of suppressors with an unobstructed sight picture.

These are some of the nicest sights available for your HK Firearm. Easy install and no gunsmithing required since each set has the EZ Ledge design. Uses the QWIK option – a wider rear notch that aids in faster acquisition of the front sight.

Heinie Specialty Products, Inc. manufactures pistol sights, night sights, and other products for nearly all major brands. Heinie sights are used in a recreational environment, a competitive environment, and by military and law enforcement. Their products are designed and crafted to be the best you can get on the market.

The Heinie Sights SlantPro Tactical is ideal for conceal and carry uses and holstering. It has a contoured design that’s snag-resistant, and has serrations that eliminate glare. Add this to your collection, you’ll be glad you did!

    Great sights

I recently added a Holosun red dot to my HK VP9 and wanted a set of suppressor height night sights for backup. I really didn’t like the look of the Trijicon rear sight, too bulky and smooth on the leading edge. The Heinie sights are a far better option. The rear, with it’s reversed slope leading edge, provides a good point of contact for racking the slide without having to use the red dot. The 2 dot, one on each sight, tritium dots, are a little different from the 3 dot I’m used to, but with just a little dry practice, I’m picking right up on them now.

New favorite sights for my HKs

Prettier than the boxy adjustable rear that came on my pistol, and easier to install than Trijicon night sights since I only needed to file the base of the front sight ever so slightly for a perfect and secure fit. I like the wider rear notch allowing you to see more on both sides of your front sight. Once I confirm zero I’ll throw some thread lock on the EZ-ledge set screws and be good to go for a long time. No doubt they’ll give a great sight picture over the Griffin REV45 that’ll be used with this host once it gets out of suppressor jail.
