Description

HKP P30L Lightcomp (Patent Pending)

Traditionally, adding a compensator and a weapon light to your pistol would require purchasing the light and the comp.  In a perfect world, that combo would optimally locate the weapon light switches for actuation, but that is often not the case.  The HK Parts Lightcomp seamlessly integrates a high power Streamlight flashlight with our venerable compensator to bring you a single component with perfectly positioned switches.

Stay on target, day or night.

Compatible With:

  • HK P30L

Features:

  • CNC machined billet aluminum housing
  • Streamlight 1,000 lumen, 6V integrated flashlight
  • Streamlight amidextrious paddle switches featuring on/off, momentary, & strobe functions (programmable)

    Works great...sometimes

Posted by blake foster on 15th Jun 2025

First purchased this as a blem model, took it to the range on my P30L and worked good the first few times. The light began to shut off everytime I turned it on and fired it. Contacted HKparts and they sent me a new one [which is great customer service btw]. I got the new one and had the same issue, tried changing the batteries and using dielectric grease on the batteries to improve the contacts and it helped, but it never seems to work 100%. This light comp honestly seems somewhat flawed by design; It cant seem to handle the recoil and just shuts off/loses connection when firing. I feel the spring holding the batteries down on the cap needs to be longer. It would be nice if they used a Surefire light and not a Streamlight light, it just kinda cheapens the quality of the compensator which is very high quality. Overall, it's not a bad product, it could just use some improvement. Looks really cool when it's on the gun though.
