Our 2-piece, steel insert competition VP9/VP40 extended flared mag well is CNC made from heat treated 4140 billet nitrided steel. The upper portion of the mag well is machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and hard coat anodized for maximum strength and lubricity. The extended mag well opening is enlarged for competition, speed shooters, and general quick mag exchanges.
