HK Parts magazine extension +4 adds 4 additional rounds to the HK45C, 8 round magazine. Each unit is then fully assembled as a 12 round HK45C magazine. Ideal for competitive shooters, concealed carry or for everyday use while at the range. Each magazine is complete, fully assembled, brand new and factory fresh.

• Does NOT fit the full size HK45
