This jig is designed for the installation and removal of barrel pins on all HK 90 series rifles and pistols. It’s the companion tool for builders already using HK flat-bending jigs and other HKP armorer tools, offering a secure and reliable setup for pin work.

  • HK MP5, MP5K, MP5K-PDW, MP5SD, MP5SF
  • HK SP5, SP5K, SP5K-PDW, SP5L

Please Note:

  • HK MP5 .22LR is NOT part of the HK90 series.

    Don't get me wrong. This is a good jig. It does hold the firearm tight around the trunnion so the receiver does not crush. However, it needs to go back to the drawing board. In order to get a stubby punch (no deflection) close enough to the pin I had to cut the section away and only one bolt above the cocking tube held the jig together. If you guys can make it so a 5mm hydraulic press punch will fit in there you would truly have a five star product.

    After using the jig was easy and quick. A must have for removing barrel pin from the trunnion.
