PTR Heavy Match Grade Barrel - US - 5/8 X 24New PTR-91 US manufactured heavy profile match grade 18" barrel - Threaded 5/8 X 24New production perfect for new builds. Counts as one US made compliant part. As with all HK G3/91 barrels these have the proper fluted chambers.Please note: As with all PTR91 .308/7.62 barrels the front sight tower location of the barrel is thicker than a factory HK G3 barrel and will require either a PTR manufactured front sight tower or a modified standard G3/91 front sight tower for proper installation.

This barrel was very nice to machine fit my front site (it is oversized and you do need a lathe). the Trunnion pressed very smooth. there is an indicator on the barrel that gives you an idea when to stop pressing into the trunnion to get good headspace with gauge. I have not shot it yet but the build has been pleasant.
