Standard needle nose pliers that appear to be PROFESSIONALLY ground and polished. VERY happy with over all appearance. Have not had the opportunity to use yet, but I'm highly confident they will work as intended by other reviews.
I have tried for hours using all my creativity to "bring in" the match trigger spring. No way just frustrating even an experienced engineer for guns couldn't help. So I called to the HK factory in Germany and they said that they have a special tool for this procedure and it usually takes 1 sec. Sadly the tool isn't available in Europe but with fortune I got the tool from here...and yes 1sec and I was the happiest guy I the world. Thx again HK parts u rock!!
Very fast shipping and the product arrived in great condition! After hearing about how some people tried to upgrade their trigger and had a frustrating experience because they didn't have the right tool, I took the time to do some research and found this product at HKParts. After reading a lot of the great reviews about this product and its usefulness, I knew this is exactly what I need in order to successfully upgrade my HK's trigger.
My trigger return spring went out and my HK P30 V1 wouldnt fully reset without me pushing the trigger forward. I bought the light TRS spring. I thought I would be able to put it in without this tool. WRONG! It was frustrating so I bought the tool and put that spring in. Took a total of 45 seconds.
This took definatly saves you time and the hassle of trying to get that lil trigger spring back in place. Well worth the price.
The right tool for the job
After fiddle farting around with regular needle nose pliers, found these online and ordered a pair On my first attempt I got the trigger and return spring put in place
I am so glad I read reviews and bought this tool! It worked perfectly on the second try getting the trigger return spring in! The only reason it didn't work on the first try is because I have a habit of squeezing tools too hard so I tried to be careful this time and didn't squeeze hard enough. Thank you for this amazing tool!
I used this to change out the trigger spring on two of my CZ's. I wish I had found one earlier than I did.
Makes installing the trigger return spring a piece of cake. Good pliers. I am sure I will find other uses for the tool!
a must have for the trigger reset spring installation
I had to replace the trigger return spring in my VP9 SK after I shortened the RH slide release lever since I am a LH shooter. Replacing it using regular needle nose pliers was a major PITA - I eventually got it done but it was frustrating. So, when I bought the enhanced spring set, I bought this tool at the same time and I am glad I did, it is worth every penny. What was an ordeal with needle nose pliers was a snap with either the standard factory trigger return spring or the one that comes in the enhanced spring kit ( which BTW is much easier to install given its geometry).
