Description

Barrel Adapter With Thread Protector M8 X.75 To 1/2 X 28

This custom adapter allows you to unscrew the stock flash hider and quickly and effortlessly convert the barrel to 1/2X28 threads. It can be mounted permanently and provides the perfect index without any loss or deviation of zero. Each adapter includes a fitted thread protector for protecting the exposed 1/2 X 28 thread when a flash hider, comp, or suppressor is not in use. It also includes a new O-ring (red) and a built-in wrench slot.

Compatible with:

  • HK 416 .22 LR Rifles & Pistols
  • Colt M4 .22 LR Rifles
  • HK MP5 .22 LR Rifles
  • Other Walther/HK/Umarex applications

Please note: This is not for use with the GSG-5, as the GSG5 models have 1/4 X 28 threads. If you have a newer model of the 416 .22LR, your threads may already be a 1/2 x 28, so you will not need this part.

    Corrected barrel alignment which was off due to a bad O-ring at the base (barrel end) of the adapter. Advice: Keep an extra O-Ring on hand. Did not know they were available individually, but that's my fault.

    This was a perfect fit for the Hammerli tac r1 c22. I needed a replacement barrel adapter without threads. This worked after I welded the protective cap so I don?t have a threaded barrel.

    Adapter itself is well made, the red o ring that comes on it seems to thick, when tightened using 2 fingers it crushed and split the o ring 1st time. The spare black ones I purchased with it seem to work much better.
