Fit perfectly on an HK SP5. Finish wasn't as nice as the original HK equivalent with mold lines needing some trimming and smoothing. Cocking handle angle is slightly flatter than the original too. But this has "US" stamped on it. Downgrading an HK for 922r compliance is ridiculous but this part does work well for that purpose.

Dropped right into my MKE AP5. To replace it, remove the bolt carrier, then line up the roll pin with the round window and using a correctly sized roll pin punch and a plastic hammer, drive the pin out. Reverse order to reassemble. For a Form 1 NFA SBR build on a foreign pistol you need 6 US parts so this is one. Add a US trigger pack and a Magpul grip housing and you are at 6. You can now use German mags, hand guards and stocks.

The portion of this cocking handle that goes into the cooking handler support was too tight. Some work with some sand paper pinched with the fingers took care of it. The look is right on with a subtle, "US" on the bottom.

I purchased this for 922r on my SBR?ed Z-5RS and the post is just wider than the cocking tube support will accept and will not work without some machining/filing on either part. HKParts said it?s made to HK spec and may need fitting work to use with my Zenith. Just be aware this may not be a drop-in and go part.
