This product works perfectly when combined with the German K grip only. If you buy the american K grip from HKParts, it will never work with this piece. Spoke with maker of this part and confirmed German Only. The american K grip is a bit off when you try and put the pin in. Off so much you will damage the parts inside of the rifle if you force it in.. we are not talking about a mallet hammer in, it will not fit. If you are buying this item, then it must be the German K Grip.
