HKP MP5, SP5 & PDW Rear Sight Drum

Took about ten minutes to install. It represents a massive upgrade to the shorter, notched drum which comes factory installed on the new SP5. This diopter drum provides for a much better sight picture and a more comfortable cheek weld. Note, you must have the HK sight tool to make this an easy job.

The Sd brace fits great as does the rear sight. Replacement was easy!

This US made rear sight drum fits and and works perfectly on my PTR9KT. Had I been installing this on a genuine HK pistol I probably would have purchased the made in Germany sight drum but this one was less expensive, works perfectly, and since the PTR is made in the United States I wasn't concerned with the need to use only German made parts. This US made part seem to be every bit as high quality as the German made part would be and it is less expensive.

Works perfectly on an SP5, and is a quick swap out with the sight tool.

This is a wonder addition to my SP5. It fits like the OEM and gives my SP5 the proper sight it should have.

I found myself shooting the SP5K high because I was looking over the rear notched sights. I was use to a old school MP5 with the 4 diopter holes. So I wanted a rear sight drum that has 4 diopter holes and no ?V? or ?U? notches like the one that came with SP5K. This was a perfect replacement. I was able to swap them out myself with the rear sight tool that came with the SP5K. Plenty of You Tube video how to do it easily.
