Description

HK 416 .22 & Colt M4 -  .22 Match Trigger Spring Kit - Set of 3 Enhanced Springs:

The HK Parts Match drop-in spring upgrade set will enhance your HK 416's trigger pull to an even smooth, crisp, and lighter pull that will promote better control, which in turn promotes consistent accuracy. This is accomplished by dropping the trigger pull of your HK 416 .22 by an average of ~3 pounds. Each three part precision calibrated match spring set will deliver consistent force through the entire compression/release cycle to give you a lighter, refined trigger without sacrificing the reliability of your rifle. The high strength aerospace-grade springs are carefully made to ensure that you get consistent energy output every time you pull the trigger. You can also be assured that this spring set up will not degrade the ignition systems reliability in your firearm. This is the cheapest and best way to upgrade your HK 416 .22 firearm. Read the many reviews and see for yourself that this is the best upgrade you can get.

  • Reduces trigger pull by 3 +/- Lbs.
  • Provides a consistent, crisp trigger pull
  • Drop in spring kit that requires zero gunsmithing and a breeze to install

The HK 416 .22 LR was made to have fun with, and this spring set will make putting rounds down range a lot more fun! The match spring set can drop it to 4 lbs 6 .oz, or go to 4 lbs 8 .oz in the heaviest scenario. As measured The average I got was 4 lbs 5 .oz on the HK 416 .22 with the new match spring kit, and 7 lbs 10 .oz average with the stock springs in place.

Includes:

  • Match trigger return spring
  • Match sear pressure spring
  • Match hammer spring

  • HK 416 .22 rifles & pistol models

Bought this due to the heavy stock springs. It wasn?t until after I replaced that i found a how-to video on the bottom of the HKParts page. It took some patience and 15 minutes start to finish. A lighter trigger pull really helps accuracy and consistency at the range!

Based simply upon reviews of the TAC R1 and the spring upgrade kit I purchased both. I installed this spring upgrade kit on my NEW Hammerli TAC R1 prior to even taking the first shot with it. The rifle shoots very well and is quite accurate scoped with the lower cost Bushnell Engage 3-9x40 on a Burris PEPR mount that I had on hand. I cant offer any before and after opinions of the trigger or of the rifle, other than the trigger is NOW very crisp and smooth. I opened the trigger box inside a large clear plastic bag to keep the parts from flying and I'm sure glad I did. Wish I had taken a video because the Hammerli appears a bit different. I put Lucas gun grease on the pins, assembly pin detent bearing and grip nut to lightly hold them in place and that seemed to help me. Great looking, great shooting little rifle now. With just one quick (windy) trip to the outdoor 50 yard range, I know already that I have bonded with this plinker, and look forward to perhaps 100 yards soon, and 1000's of rounds and many, many smiles.

I have essential tremor (I shake.). When reassembling the parts the pistol grip nut slips out of place. I finally glued it to the left side. The two trigger springs like to go into orbit too. I glued one end of them too. My Hammerli had a anextra pin the H&K does not, which made it harder to put together. When I did get it together, the middle size spring was too light and I put the original back in. Before the4 trigger job, weight was 8.5 pounds, and after 6.5 pound. This is perfect for my purposes. I used nail polish for glue figuring it will break lose under use.

Summer of 2020 I purchased a TAC RI. I used this firearm for almost a year before upgrading the trigger with the kit. I can't go into how many pounds pull it was prior to the upgrade and how much after but other reviews state the stats on this. I can tell you though that the feel of the trigger is night and day. Not as good as my Ruger 10/22 or Hatsan Escort 22LR but good nevertheless and makes accuracy better. From reading reviews the pound drop isn't a lot but you can feel the difference. A significant difference. The install took me a total of probably 5 hours, probably longer than most people. It's just I would put the pieces together and try to close it up but it would come apart and I would have to start over. The spring sometimes would get lost and I am surprised I was able to find it again. The video on how to install it was very good. Very easy to follow. If I was to do it again I would pay a gun tech to do it for me because it would get frustrating doing it on my own. I tell you, you will feel the difference so buy this kit, it is well worth it.

I bought a Hammerli Tac R1 .22LR AR style rifle. The stock trigger pull was enough to pull you off target when it finally snapped. This trigger spring kit made it shoot like a new rifle. Very impressed.

Heard stock trigger pretty hard, was going to shoot first then change. Put snap cap in to test, thought I had safety on! Replaced before shooting, this is a must have! Mine is new production and noticed video shows metal trigger housing, mine plastic. Works fine just wouldn?t want to disassemble too often. Great improvement to trigger!

Great video to install trigger springs. Anybody can do this without gunsmith. Trigger pull is reduced after install it will help in long distance shooting accuracy. Only 4 stars because it is a plinker rifle for little money. Cannot expect any more of it. If u have the rifle I recommend the spring install. $18 well spent.

As advertised. Installed it in my Hammerli Tac R1 the trigger pull went from 9lbs to 6lbs. Reduced 3 lbs as advertised. Wish there was a 1lb kit available but I don't see one out there.

Excellent Product. Reduced the trigger pull. It was fairly easy to change and the video was a great help! Putting back together was a little tricky lining up. What a difference these springs make! Made trigger pull smooth and lighter! Great improvement, you can definitely tell the difference.
