Each valid entry has equal weight in the drawing, regardless of the method by which it was obtained. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

1. Sponsor

The HK Parts HK51K Parts Kit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by HK Parts Inc., with a mailing address of 138 E 12300 S, Suite C #240, Draper, Utah 84020 (“Sponsor” or “HK Parts”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must be legally eligible to receive and possess the prize and all included components under applicable federal, state and local laws.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of HK Parts, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers, as well as the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings and stepsiblings.

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins Monday, August 3, 2026, at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and ends Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may receive entries through the methods described below.

A participant must complete and confirm an initial entry before being eligible to receive additional entries.

The email address used for free daily entries and qualifying purchases must match the email address used for the participant’s confirmed initial entry.

A. Initial Free Entry and Email Subscription

To receive one initial free entry:

  1. Visit https://hkparts.net/hk51k-parts-kit-giveaway/ during the Sweepstakes Period.
  2. Enter a valid email address, first name and last name.
  3. Subscribe to promotional email communications from HK Parts.
  4. Select “Enter the Giveaway.”
  5. Confirm the email subscription and Sweepstakes entry by clicking the confirmation link sent by HK Parts.

The initial entry is not complete until the participant confirms the email address.

Existing HK Parts email subscribers are also eligible to enter by completing and confirming the Sweepstakes entry form.

Limit one initial entry per person and email address.

Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Unsubscribing after an entry has been confirmed will not invalidate entries already validly earned.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not provide consent to receive SMS marketing. SMS enrollment is separate and is not required to enter or win.

B. Additional Entries Through Qualifying Purchases

After completing an initial entry, a participant may receive one additional entry for every $100 in cumulative qualifying merchandise purchases made on hkparts.net during the Sweepstakes Period.

A participant may complete the initial entry before or after making a qualifying purchase, provided that both the confirmed initial entry and qualifying purchase occur during the Sweepstakes Period.

The following requirements apply:

  • The purchase must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • The participant must be logged into an HK Parts customer account when completing the purchase.
  • The email address associated with the customer account must match the participant’s confirmed initial-entry email.
  • Guest-checkout orders do not qualify.
  • The order must be successfully paid and not canceled, refunded, returned, disputed or charged back.

Qualifying spending is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, gift certificates, payment-processing fees and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward qualifying spending.

Qualifying spending will be aggregated across all eligible orders associated with the participant’s qualifying HK Parts customer account during the Sweepstakes Period.

Purchase entries will be calculated using the following formula:

Additional purchase entries = cumulative qualifying merchandise spending divided by $100, rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Examples:

  • $99.99 in qualifying spending earns zero additional entries.
  • $150 in qualifying spending earns one additional entry.
  • $250 in qualifying spending earns two additional entries.

Canceled, unpaid, fraudulent, refunded, returned, disputed or charged-back purchases do not qualify.

If an order is partially refunded or returned before the winner is selected, the qualifying purchase amount and associated entries may be reduced accordingly.

No purchase is required to enter or earn additional entries. Participants may use the free Alternate Method of Entry described below.

C. Free Daily Alternate Method of Entry

After completing an initial entry, a participant may receive additional entries without making a purchase by visiting https://hkparts.net/hk51k-parts-kit-giveaway-free-entry/ and completing the Free Daily Entry Form.

Each valid Free Daily Entry Form submission earns one additional entry, subject to the following requirements:

  • Limit one valid free submission per person and email address per calendar day.
  • The email address must match the participant’s confirmed initial-entry email.
  • The submission must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • All requested information must be complete and accurate.
  • The participant must satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Only the first valid free submission received from a participant on a given calendar day will count.

Duplicate same-day submissions, automated submissions, fictitious identities, self-referrals, duplicate identities and submissions made using multiple email addresses belonging to the same person are void.

D. Thirty-Entry Maximum

Each participant is limited to 30 total entries during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.

The initial free entry counts toward the 30-entry maximum. A participant may therefore receive no more than 29 additional entries through qualifying purchases, the Free Daily Alternate Method of Entry or any combination of the two.

Examples:

  • One initial entry plus five purchase entries equals six total entries.
  • One initial entry plus ten free daily entries equals 11 total entries.
  • One initial entry plus 15 purchase entries and 20 free daily entries will be capped at 30 total entries.

Entries have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or combined between individuals.

Participants may not use multiple names, identities, accounts or email addresses to exceed the entry limit.

The prize does not include assembly, finishing, engraving, gunsmithing, compliance work, tools, ammunition, taxes, licenses, permits or any item not expressly identified in these Official Rules.

The winner is responsible for determining whether the prize and each included component may legally be received and possessed at the winner’s delivery location.

If the included magazine exceeds the legal capacity permitted at the winner’s delivery location, Sponsor may, where legally permitted and available:

  • Substitute a compliant-capacity magazine;
  • Provide or install a capacity-limiting device;
  • Require qualifying law-enforcement credentials; or
  • Remove the magazine from the prize.

No cash or additional compensation will be provided for a magazine removed because of legal restrictions.

If another component cannot legally be shipped to the winner, Sponsor may substitute a lawful component of comparable value where available. If a lawful substitution is not reasonably available or the winner cannot legally receive the prize, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor may substitute the prize or an included component with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable.

The actual prize value may vary at the time of award. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing within seven calendar days after the Sweepstakes closes from among all eligible entries received.

Each participant will receive the number of entries validly earned under these Official Rules, subject to the 30-entry maximum. Every valid entry will receive equal weight in the drawing.

Sponsor may use an electronic entry ledger and random-number selection process to conduct the drawing. The final entry ledger will combine:

  • Confirmed initial entries;
  • Valid free daily entries; and
  • Valid purchase-based entries.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Because that number will not be known until the Sweepstakes closes and all entries are verified, exact odds cannot be calculated in advance.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with the confirmed initial entry.

The potential winner will have 30 calendar days from the date of Sponsor’s initial notification to respond and claim the prize.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to:

  • Verify their identity;
  • Verify that they are at least 21 years old;
  • Verify their state of residence;
  • Verify eligibility under these Official Rules;
  • Confirm that the prize may legally be shipped to and possessed at the provided address;
  • Complete an affidavit of eligibility;
  • Complete a liability and publicity release where permitted;
  • Complete an IRS Form W-9 or other required tax documentation; and
  • Provide other information reasonably required to confirm compliance with these Official Rules.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, fails to complete required documentation, provides false information, is determined to be ineligible or cannot legally receive the prize, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

Sponsor is not responsible for a notification that is delayed, blocked, filtered as spam or undeliverable because of inaccurate information supplied by an entrant.

8. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses associated with accepting, receiving, possessing, assembling or using the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.

Sponsor may report the value of the prize to the appropriate tax authorities and issue the winner any required tax documentation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

  • Violated these Official Rules;
  • Submitted false, incomplete or misleading information;
  • Used multiple identities, customer accounts or email addresses;
  • Used bots, scripts, automated systems or other fraudulent methods;
  • Attempted to tamper with the entry or winner-selection process;
  • Interfered with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes; or
  • Acted in a manner intended to undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before termination where legally permitted.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, assembly, use or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries;
  • Technical, internet, email, website, customer-account or form failures;
  • Unauthorized human intervention;
  • Errors in processing entries or calculating qualifying purchases;
  • Injury, loss or damage resulting from participation or prize use; or
  • A participant’s failure to comply with applicable laws.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and administrative purposes without additional compensation.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to:

  • Administer the Sweepstakes;
  • Verify entries;
  • Calculate additional entries;
  • Prevent fraud;
  • Contact and verify the potential winner;
  • Fulfill the prize; and
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the HK Parts Privacy Policy available at https://hkparts.net/privacy-policy/.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not provide consent to receive SMS marketing. SMS enrollment is separate and is not required to enter or win.

Entrants may receive administrative email communications relating to their entry, email confirmation, winner selection or operation of the Sweepstakes.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, under the laws of the State of Utah.

Any claim or award will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive claims for attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages and consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor may limit the information provided to the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state as permitted by applicable law.

15. Social-Media Disclaimer

If the Sweepstakes is advertised through Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube or another social-media platform, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.

By participating, entrants release the applicable social-media platforms from claims arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes.
