HKP HK VP9 Gen 2 V1 Rail Mount Compensator - Black

I like the added weight and stability it adds, it kind of reminds me of shooting a full sized 1911 9mm. The only downside is the requirement of removing it to clean the pistol after a fun day at the range. The compensator does dirty up the front really bad after blasting through a few magazines and does become loose so need to keep the provided Hex tools handy while shooting. Loctiting the screw threads is out the question due to the need of disassembling/removing it for weapon cleaning.

I wonder if HK has this model as a quick latch with the rail included as well as for the Gen 1 V2. I know they have one but it has a cutout at the top portions of the compensator and I would like to get one that has the quick latch compensator without the cutout. And if not is there going to be plans to have that in the future.

Is that work on the SFP9? Could you sent it to Canada?

Adds just enough weight and compensation to make follow up shots easy and more accurate. I'm getting notably tighter groups. Only downside is the muzzle gets dirty from the redirection of the burnt powder.

This is an excellent piece. I've run 115 gr and up and not had a single problem. Recoil reduction is substantially noticeable and helps bring accurate and quick follow up shots. Definitely recommend it.

Went out to range with this and 115 grain berry's plated bullets and 4.4 grains of bullseye. It grouped about 2 inches at forty-five feet semi slow fire. Loved the control and the accuracy it gave. Only problem I cant find a holster to fit it and I have quite a few from past guns and many years or collecting. Can anyone recommend a holster.

The compensator is a true asset to the vp9. You feel a slight increase in recoil which is to be expected due to the function of the device. The muzzle rise is significantly reduced which keeps you eye on your target. Worth every penny. 124g jhp

Absolutely love the way this V1 Compensator enhances the overall aesthetics of my VP9.
