Heinie HK VP/P30/45 Sights SlantPro Tactical

Prettier than the boxy adjustable rear that came on my pistol, and easier to install than Trijicon night sights since I only needed to file the base of the front sight ever so slightly for a perfect and secure fit. I like the wider rear notch allowing you to see more on both sides of your front sight. Once I confirm zero I'll throw some thread lock on the EZ-ledge set screws and be good to go for a long time. No doubt they'll give a great sight picture over the Griffin REV45 that'll be used with this host once it gets out of suppressor jail.

I recently added a Holosun red dot to my HK VP9 and wanted a set of suppressor height night sights for backup. I really didn't like the look of the Trijicon rear sight, too bulky and smooth on the leading edge. The Heinie sights are a far better option. The rear, with it's reversed slope leading edge, provides a good point of contact for racking the slide without having to use the red dot. The 2 dot, one on each sight, tritium dots, are a little different from the 3 dot I'm used to, but with just a little dry practice, I'm picking right up on them now.
