Just Add Your Buffer & Backplate and you are good to go. Great Replacement Or Upgrade For Your HK. This Item Also Counts As One US Compliant Part. This item will allow the installtion of any and all of the HK buffers including the std buffer, Heavy buffer, 2 stage, MSG90 single stage buffer and HK21E buffer.
