Each German HK housing started out as a factory HK German select fire metal housing. Each housing was modified by welding in a factory correct semi auto shelf, clipped from a double tang housing to a single tang housing for the correct fitment on the HK94, HK93 style firearms.
After the conversion each lower is refinished with black HK style paint over parkerizing. This gives you the look of a real G3 while maintaining legal semi-auto status and a full 3 position range of movement on the housing just like the iconic G3 grip frames. This is the finest metal grip frame available on the market.
